Welcome to Z-Image AI. By accessing or using our AI image generation service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our service.

Service Description

Z-Image AI is an image-editing service for apparel sellers. You upload a photograph of a product you already have — and, where the tool needs one, a model photograph — and the service returns an edited image: the garment rendered on a model, the background replaced or removed, or the resolution increased. It is not a text-to-image generator and cannot create a product that does not exist; every tool requires a real source image. Images are processed by third-party AI providers on our behalf.

Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must not share your account credentials with others

User Responsibilities

As a user of Z-Image AI, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to bypass any security measures or access restrictions
• Not use the service to generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Not use automated systems or bots to access the service without permission
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Content Guidelines

Z-Image AI allows users to generate a wide variety of content. Please be aware of the following guidelines:

However, the following content is strictly prohibited:

• Any content depicting a minor, and any upload of a photograph of a person under 18.
• Photographs of an identifiable person that you do not have the right to use.
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism or illegal activities.
• Content that constitutes harassment or targets an individual maliciously.
• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation.

Uploads are also screened by the third-party providers that run the models. Their filters are stricter than ours in places — sheer and heavy-lace styles in particular are sometimes rejected upstream — and a rejection there is outside our control. Credits are returned when that happens.

Payment Terms

• Credits are required to generate images and are purchased through our platform.
• If a generation fails on our side, the credits for that run are returned to your balance automatically.
• Beyond automatic failure refunds, purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
• Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

Intellectual Property

Regarding ownership and rights to generated content:

• You retain full commercial rights to the images you generate on a paid plan. Images generated with free credits are for evaluation use.
• You keep the rights to the source images you upload. We use them only to run the tool you asked for and to store your result.
• We do not use your uploaded or generated images in our marketing without asking you first. Nothing on this site is a customer's image unless they agreed to it.
• We may process your images through third-party AI providers strictly to deliver the service you requested.
• The Z-Image AI platform, technology and branding remain our intellectual property.
• You are responsible for holding the rights to everything you upload, including the right to use any person's likeness that appears in your photographs.

Disclaimers

Please be aware of the following disclaimers:

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of generated images
• AI-generated images may contain errors, artifacts, or unexpected results
• We are not responsible for how you use the generated images
• Service availability may be subject to interruptions for maintenance or updates

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z-Image AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting on our website or via email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
