Frequently asked
Does it work on shiny or transparent products?
Yes. Glass, jewelry, mesh and chiffon are explicitly tested. For transparent products we recommend exporting as PNG with alpha.
Can I batch process multiple images?
Currently one image at a time in the studio. Batch and API access are on the roadmap — drop us a line if you need it sooner.
What resolutions does it output?
1K and 2K presets. 2K is plenty for Amazon main images and Shopify hero shots; 4K is on the roadmap for print and zoom.
